Mail Orders

Even in today’s sophisticated world of technology there are still customers who want to order and pay by check. Phase V is set up to accept checks, deposit into your account, data enter order, and fulfill the next business day.

During the data entry process, addresses are verified against the United States Postal Service C.A.S.S. certified database, which is updated six times per year to insure the best possible address verification. In addition we append the zip+ 4 code to the zip code to insure the fastest delivery possible.

Checks are tallied and verified against totals after data entry. Complete audit trails and security are maintained.
