National Change of Address (NCOA) Processing
Phase V’s Data Engineers can keep your critical
customer lists up-to-date...
Keep in touch with your customers and prospects. NCOA processing searches your
database for the individuals, families, and businesses that have moved in the last
three years and filed a change of address with the USPS. When a match is found, it
updates your records with the current address information. If a probable move is identified,
but name and address information do not exactly match the record on file, the address is
marked with a Nixie Code.
