First Class Post card Specifications

Card size can not exceed 4.25 x 6. Any larger takes the mail piece into the USPS letter category. Minimum thickness is .007 inches (pieces 4.25 x 6 or less); .009 inches (pieces greater than 4.25 x 6). Maximum thickness .016 inches.
